We created Bulgaria's first Digital hub. This is a medical website featuring over 100 different sub-pages and effectively acting as the gateway to a large network of independent platforms. Not all roads lead to Rome, but all roads lead to BJCN's Digital Hub.
01 · CHALLENGE
The union of multiple websites, platforms and functionalities in a single, easy to use system that provides the most straightforward experience possible for the users, but at the same time capable of handling increased levels of traffic.
02 · APPROACH
We planned the first Digital Hub in Bulgaria - a structure that combines over 10 individual solutions and provides easy access to every user, including access to My BJCN. My BJCN is a custom functionality with three vectors - members management (including online payments), automatic registration for events and SSO (login with just one click for the entire ecosystem).
03 · OUTCOME
The first of its kind Digital Hub that became the singular source of truth for the entire digital ecosystem of the cluster organization, with design fully tailored to the client's preferences. Custom systems built according to the customer's needs and in accordance with global standards. Not all roads lead to Rome, but all roads lead to BJCN's Digital Hub.
