The rules of the road.

The bigdreams.group website is operated by Big Dreams Group LTD, EIK 206986388, registered office: 42 Boulevard General Skobelev, Sofia, Bulgaria ("BDG", "we").

These terms govern use of the public website — browsing content, submitting the contact form, sharing a dream in Dreamer Pond, and using Dreamer Portal for invited clients.

Specific services delivered by BDG under a commercial contract (development, production, consulting) are governed by a separate agreement between BDG and the client. Information on the site describing services and products is marketing in nature and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of Art. 290 of the Bulgarian Commerce Act.

The site is free to access. By using it, you agree to:

• not interfere with the normal operation of the site or its infrastructure;
• not attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorised access;
• not use automated means (scripts, scrapers, bots) to extract content at a volume or rate that burdens the service;
• not publish content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise inappropriate;
• comply with applicable Bulgarian and EU law.

BDG reserves the right, but is not obliged, to restrict access or remove content that violates these rules.

All content on the site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, animations, software code — is owned by BDG or used with the rightsholder's permission. It is protected by the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act and applicable international instruments.

You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using the content without BDG's explicit written permission is not allowed.

The marks "BIG DREAMS GROUP", "BDG", "Event Dreamer", "Dreamer Pond", "Dreamer Portal", and their visual identities are property of BDG.

When you submit a dream via Dreamer Pond, you represent that:

• the content is yours or you have the right to post it;
• it does not infringe third-party rights (including copyright and personal data);
• it contains no unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory expression.

By submitting a dream, you grant BDG a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to store it, edit it for technical and editorial needs (without changing its meaning), display it publicly on the site and on BDG's social channels, and use it in marketing materials related to Dreamer Pond.

BDG reviews every submission and may decline publication or remove content at its discretion. You can request removal of a published dream at any time by emailing [email protected].

Access to Dreamer Portal is by individual invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for actions taken under your account.

Content in Dreamer Portal is confidential. Do not share it with third parties without BDG's consent. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].

The site may contain links to third-party websites. BDG does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.

The site and its content are provided "as is". BDG makes reasonable efforts to maintain the site but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BDG is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. This limitation does not affect mandatory consumer rights under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and does not apply to damages caused by BDG intentionally or through gross negligence.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the site you accept it too.

These terms and all relationships arising from use of the site are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. EU consumer protection law applies in full.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved out of court are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Sofia.

Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through:

BDG may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the revision date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the new version.
